Verwendung
Natriummalat ist in der EU als Lebensmittelzusatzstoff der Nummer E 350 ohne HΓΆchstmengenbeschrΓ€nkung (quantum satis) als SΓ€ureregulator fΓΌr alle Lebensmittel allgemein zugelassen.
